Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price less any shipping, and less a restocking fee of 15%.

To return an item:

• Contact customer service at (315) 263-8189 and obtain an authorization number
• Include all packaging
• Include the original receipt
• Put the authorization code on the outside of the package
• And mail the item insured to:

Shipping and insurance is free for orders totaling $50.00 or more.

Orders totaling under $50.00 will ship for  a flat fee of $3.00 including  insurance.

Orders are shipped via the USPS with expected delivery between three to seven business days.
